Overview
This is a plugin for WordPress which allows you to add a class attribute to the current Category link in the category list.
Features
These are the list of features available in the current version.
- Instant insertion, no configuration required.
- Conforms to XHTML 1.0 Strict / XHTML 1.1
- Compatible to be served as application/xhtml+xml
Requirements
- WordPress 1.5 or above
Installing
- Download the zip archive and extract it.
- Upload the files extracted to the plug-ins directory. (E.g. /wp-content/plugins/)
- Now the plugin should appear under the ‘Plugins’ tab in admin panel.
- Activate the plug-in.
- A new tab named after the plugin name will appear under the ‘Options’ tab in admin panel.
- That’s it.

i can report that the class=”current-cat” plugin works flawlessly in wordpress 2.0

I activated the plugin but don’t see the plugin tab in Options. WP 2.0.2.
Same here, can’t see the tab under options or anywhere else. WP 2.0.3
This works for me using WP 2.0.3. It was a breeze to install. No tab under options. Just styled the li.current cat using style-sheet. Thank you for a great plugin!
